Alison is the Practice Manager of our Claims Consultancy business for WCD Worker’s Compensation Solutions.  She has extensive expertise in the deliverables for self insurers and all forms of regulatory requirements in Workers’ Compensation schemes.

Alison has been with WCD since 2004 and enjoys the variety of responsibilities within her role which focuses on client account management, technical support for her teams, human resource management, quality assurance and compliance systems. Her experience of more than 12 years in the workers’ compensation industry enables her to deliver tailored solutions in the management of workers’ compensation. Alison and her national team provide management solutions with a focus on claims management, injury management and return to work at both technical and strategic levels. She has assisted a number of organisations through WorkCover Injury Management Audits and license retainment.

With previous studies in Workplace Safety and Human Resources, Alison is currently completing a Diploma of Management.
